She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Denise Humphrey; her son-in-law Jerry Humphrey of Olathe, KS; her son Dru Lupkey; her daughter-in-law Kristi Lupkey of Frisco, TX; her stepson Cameron Lupkey (Jan Lupkey) of Jefferson City, MO.; her granddaughters, Jessica Gilson of Olathe, KS and Alayna Humphrey; her sister Henrietta Anderson Hiott of Montgomery, TX; her parents, Juan Diaz and Concepcion Ortiz Diaz; her grandmother Micaela; and her husband Dean. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
