She was predeceased by: her mother Margarite Mayes; her grandparents, Robert and Virginia Mayes; her former husband Frankie Hickmon; and her son Frankie "Cisco" Hickmon.

She is survived by: her children, Lawrence, Angelia and Jennifer; her former husband Frank Hickmon; her husband Carl Hines; and her siblings, Chantel, Shirrel, Bednago, Hope, Margarite "Lady", Maurice and Michael. She is also survived by spouses; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, her church family and friends.
