He is survived by: his children, John D. "Jack" Donnelly Sr. and Joyce Donnelly (Howard); his former wife Laura Lee Zimmerman; his sons, Timothy Lee Donnelly, Terry Donnelly (Joy) and Tim Donnelly (Cheryl); his stepdaughters, Joyce Wetzel (Ronnie), Susie Lilly and Janice McFadden; and his siblings, Denny Donnelly (Sue), James Donnelly, Tommy Donnelly, Frances Croll, Patricia Mynatt (Gene), Cleo Unterreiner (Jerry), Mary Jo Pepperdine (John), Nancy Enquist (Ed) and Brenda Farrell (David). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
