She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Milligan; her children, Diana Milligan, Margaret Treat (Chris), Wanda Milligan and Leonard Milligan; her sister Wanda Jones; and her daughter-in-law Donna Milligan. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
