He is survived by: his wife Lisa Steinmeyer; his children, Lydia Steinmeyer and Gunner Steinmeyer; and his siblings, Nicole Blanc and Jeff Steinmeyer (Liz). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Nate's memory may be made the "Nathan Steinmeyer Memorial Fund" for his surviving children, Lydia and Gunner Steinmeyer.
