It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nina Lee (Harris) Shannon (Liberty, Missouri), born in Smithville, Missouri, who passed away on August 28, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland and Ruth Elizabeth Harris; and her significant other John E. Shannon, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Bill Shannon (Jeanette) of Liberty, MO and Patty Hylton of Cameron, MO; and her sisters, Wilma Shannon of Marshall, MO, Della Clapp of Kearney, MO and Mary Warren of Kearney, MO. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
