Phillip Lotz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Lotz of Liberty, Missouri, who passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Paul E. Lotz; and his nephew Dennis Whitman. He is survived by: his mother Leila M. Lotz of Liberty; and his siblings, Paula K. Whitman (Bill Whitman) of Lathrop and David E. Lotz of Liberty. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Covid protocol will be followed and limited to 50 people total.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Special Olympics.
