She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Prather, Sr. and Phoebe Prather (Nickerson); and her siblings, Orville Prather, Robert L. Prather, Jr., Carl Prather, Katherine Nichols, Elizabeth Flint and Lucille Glenn.
She is survived by: her husband Don F. Underwood; her sons, Donald Underwood (Margee) and Mark Underwood (Dawn); her grandchildren, Robert (Aspen), Matthew, Katie and Becca Underwood; and her sister-in-law Dixie Cummings. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
