He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald D. George and Dorothy A. George (Carr); and his son Christopher B. George. He is survived by : his wife Mary DiGiovanna George; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Brenda George of Springfield, MO; his daughter Jessica Burks; his grandchildren, Matthew, MacKenzie, Grace and Callen; his great grandchildren, Adalina, Don and Louie; his sister-in-law Laura Ann DiGiovanna; and his pet Betsy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
