He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Michael and Opal Wine (Winfrey); his daughter Cynthia Puckett (Wine); his granddaughter Candice Marie Claiborne; his brother Harvey Dale Wine; and his niece Debra Davis (Wine).
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Wine; his children, Pamela Gaulding (Wine) of Dallas, TX., Terri Asher (Mark) of Lee's Summit, MO., Mike Wine of Brookfield, MO. and Spencer Wine (Kylie) of Liberty, MO.; his son-in-law Curt Puckett of Independence, MO.; and his stepchildren, Avona Wright of Raytown, MO. and John Paul Ford Sr. (Samantha) of Odessa, MO.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 Great grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
