He was predeceased by : his father Antony Sarver. He is survived by : his wife Stacy; his sons, Collin and Scott; his mother Shirley; his siblings, Marta Logan, Ammon and Danny; and his mother-in-law Debby Costanza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
