He was predeceased by : his father John Milligan. He is survived by : his mother Donna Milligan (Myers); his significant other Kelsey Davis; his children, Axl Adamek of Linneus and Chase Atha of Linneus; his siblings, Katie Mull (Tyler) of St. Joseph and Kyle Adamek (Misty) of Meadville; and his nieces and nephews, Isaac Webb, Emily Webb, Olivia Mull (Ava Mull) and Ethan Burnett (Ashton Burnett). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made payable to Kelsey Davis (to be used for a fund for their children) or the MILC Food Pantry.
