With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Herring (Eolia, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 11, 2024 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Herring to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ira E. Wight and Elizabeth Wight (Forrest); her siblings, Ira E. Wight III, John Wight and Nancy Wight; and her son Timothy Herring.

She is survived by : her spouse Skyler "Swede" Herring; and her children, Holly Maffitt of Eolia, Skyler Herring of Eolia and Heather Bonham of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Episcopal Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Prison Performing Arts or Circus Harmony, two organizations dear to Elizabeth's heart.
