He is survived by: his wife Ruth Murphy of Macon; his sons, George Allen Murphy (Marianne) of Bevier, MO and Wayne Harrison Murphy (Becky) of Macon; his grandchildren, Robert Murphy (Brooke) of Kenosha, WI, Andrew Murphy (Brianne) of Macon, Paul Murphy (Heather) of Callao, MO and Joseph Martin (Brittany) of Macon; his great grandchildren, Amelia Murphy of Kenosha, WI, Lena Murphy, Aylen Murphy of Macon, Levi Murphy, Eleanor Murphy of Callao, Landon Martin and Alexander Martin of Macon; his sister Berniece Lewis (Tommy) of Ten Mile, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Elaine Murphy of Ten Mile and Genelle Murphy of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
