He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet Ayers and Myrtle Ayers (Allen); and his daughter Lorkay Cummins. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Ayers; his children, David Ayers (Julie) of Phoenix, Robin Ayers (Rick), Billy Ayers (Melissa) of Moberly, MO and Ryan Ayers of Macon; and his sister Nel Walters of Clarence, MO. He is also survived by other extended family and in-laws.
