He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Winkler and Gloria Winkler (Teter). He is survived by : his brothers, Donny Winkler (Robin) of Macon and Lonnie Winkler (Linda) of Macon; his nephews, Nathan Winkler (April), Tony Winkler (Amanda) and Christopher Winkler (Drayse); his niece Jennifer Winkler; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, Hunter, Whitley, Gage, Kemper and Renly.

Memorials may be made to the Friendship Baptist Church.
