She is survived by: her parents, Glenn William Smith and Mandy Ophelia Rainey Smith of Malden; her siblings, Randa Lewis of Malden, Stephanie Triplett, Darren Smith of Malden, Sherwood Smith of Springfield and Shawndell Smith (Cynthia) of Cape Girardeau; her grandmother Nelvia Rainey of Parma; and her sister Brandi Johnson of Colorado.
