She was predeceased by: her parents, Brady Hurst and Marie Hurst; and her siblings, Connie F. Causey and Jeanette Goetsch. She is survived by: her husband Ben Bradshaw of Malden, MO; her children, Norman Bradshaw (Vicki) and Sheila Hollingshad (Jim) of Malden; her brothers, Harold Causey (Peggy) and Bill Causey (Donna) of Bernie, MO; her brother-in-law Dennis Goetsch of Grayslake, IL; her grandchildren, April Casselberry of Malden, Brady Bradshaw of Malden, Jimmy Hollingshad of Jackson, MO and Brice Earnheart of Malden; and her great grandchildren, Chase Williams, Camden Earnheart, Willow Bradshaw, Presley Bradshaw and Harley Hollingshad. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
