He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Turner and Emma Mae Holder Phillips; his stepson Terry McCallister; and his siblings, Jessie Phillips, Cecil Phillips, Bill Phillips, Wilburn Phillips, Opal Jungers and Edna Caudill.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Phillips of Gideon, MO; his children, Mark Phillips of Bernie, MO and Teresa Phillips of Malden; his stepson Billy McCallister of Malden; and his niece Debbie Phillips of Wappapello, MO. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
