He is survived by: his daughter Kim Bunting of Malden, MO; his sister Mary Sturgeon of Malden; his grandchildren, Michael Middleton (Kristen), Amanda Wareing (Dustin), Tyler Kinder, Lexi Kinder and Tori DeProw (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Alessa, Olivia, Kamden and Matthew. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
