She is survived by: her husband John Henry Elick Houltzhouser; her sons, Bobby D. Nathan Houltzhouser (Kathi) of Sparta, TN and Billy Wayne Houltzhouser (Patricia) of O'Fallon, MO; her sister Leona Earnhart of Malden, MO; her close friend Kenneth Oliver; her grandchildren, Kenneth Houltzhouser (Brooke), Mark Houltzhouser (Denise) and Donna Kern; her great grandchildren, Ryan Houltzhouser (Savanna), Kara Kern, Jessica Houltzhouser, Cole Kern and Drake Kern; and her great great grandchildren, Anthony Houltzhouser, Lilly Anne Houltzhouser and Dallas Houltzhouser. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
