Wicoff, Jamie Nevaeh Wicoff and Phyllp Dale Wicoff; and his siblings, James Wicoff (Billie Jo) of Manila, Arkansas and Christy Gregory of Paragould, Arkansas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
