It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Lynn Hampton (Malden, Missouri), who passed away on February 29, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nona Bell and Vernie Allen; her siblings, Verna Dodge and Jerry Allen; and her pet Tony.
She is survived by: her husband John Hampton of Malden, MO; her children, Joe Cecil, Jr. (Lora) and Jenny Oakley (Jeremiah) of Dexter, MO; her grandchildren, Kristin Bailey, Taylor Cecil, Macy Cecil and Reece Jones; her great grandchild Kassidy Bailey; her stepgrandchildren, Molly Winder, Damon Stearns, Dylan Hampton, Nolan Hampton and Cannon Hampton; her siblings, Glen Allen of Catron, MO, Judy Belt of Jonesboro, AR, Brenda Sue Allen of Granite City, IL, Patricia Avery of Granite City, IL and Sheliah Reece of Lake Ozark, MO; her siblings-in-law, Ron Dodge of Lake St and Vickie Allen of Bernie, MO.; and her pet Bella (Brenda Brodrick).
