She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Simmons and Pauline Carnell. She is survived by: her husband Candelario Puga Sr. of Kennett; her children, Daniel Puga (Rachel) of Kennett, Candelario Puga Jr. of Kennett, Jesus Puga of Kennett, Moses Puga (Jasmine) of Washington State, Dulce Puga and Martha Puga (Gary) of Washington State; and her siblings, Beverly Davis of Kennett, Randal Scott (Carolyn) of Kennett, Paul Scott of Calabash and Danny Jackie (Debbie) of Gilmer. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
