He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Fowler (Fred) of Bernie, MO and Rhonda Mansfield (Mark) of Parma, MO; his sisters, Betty Woodall of Florida, Linda Blanchard of Florida and Mildred Jordan of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Jeremy Fowler (Tali) of Dexter, MO and Regina M. Whittington (Paul) of St. Louis, MO; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Pedroza, Dustin Fowler and Cecily Fowler. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
