He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Barnett; his children, Jacqueline Lee Manchas (Joe) of Malden, Cathy Lynn Provance of Campbell and Thomas Joe Provance Jr. (Mary) of Poplar Bluff; his granddaughters, Kaylene Brown, Darby Carel and Alyson Mickey; and his brother William Louis Provance Jr. (Sonny) of Malden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved their Uncle.
