He was predeceased by: his son Jimmie Barnes; and his brother David Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Marty Barnes (Ronie) of Manes and Janice Coltrane (Randy) of Grovespring; his grandchildren, Garth Barnes (Mallory), Danielle Price (Jared), Jessi Cummings, Ethan Barnes and Ally Coltrane; his siblings, Dean Barnes (Fay), Rodney Barnes (Angela) and Neoma Lyman; Helen Barnes. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
