He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Amon and Gracie Mae Angle Cook; and his siblings, Gordon Cook, Elbert Cook, Larry Cook and Lula Statler.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Jon Cook (Penny) of Marble Hill and Steven Cook (Jessica) of Perryville; his stepsons, Robert McCoy of Marble Hill and Bryan McCoy (Wendy) of Jackson; his daughters, Sue Gipson of Fredericktown and Vicki Staly of St. Louis; his stepdaughter Jenni McCoy of Cape Girardeau; and his sisters, Louise Hanners, Mary Ellen Robinson of Marble Hill and Betty Crites (Leroy) of Valley Park, MO. He is also survived by grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
