He is survived by: his wife Jo Hensley; his daughters, Stephanie Day of Marble Hill and Chrissy Elliott of Jackson, Missouri; his stepchildren, Wendi Harper of Kansas City, Missouri, Kristi Watts of Kansas City, Missouri and Damien Ewens; and his sister Nell Mainor of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
