She was predeceased by: her husband Shelby F. Cook; her sons, Michael, Randell, Steven and Brian Cook; her grandsons, Jesse and Brad; her parents, William and Bessie; and her siblings, William Shrum, Jr., Vivian Shrum, Addele Long and Betty Mayfield.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Cook, Kelli Phillips (Ben) and Jason Cook (Christine); and her siblings, Joe Shrum, Carol Clendennin and Terry Thiessen. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
