He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Charles and Dorothy Louise Evans Thorne; his brother Orval Thorne; and his grandson Tanner Thorne. He is survived by: his son Dennis Thorne (Rhonda) of Marble Hill; his sister Louise Hamel of North Caroline; and his grandchildren, Taylor Thorne, Heather Thorne and Hailey Thorne. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
