He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. and Elsie L. Eaker Liley; and his brother Juel Liley. He is survived by: his son Jason Liley (Sharon) of Marble Hill; his stepchildren, Gene David Ward (Willy) of Marble Hill and Sandi Long (late Steve) of Glenallen, MO; his brother Kenneth Liley (Judy); his sister-in-law Elwanda Liley of East Alton, IL; and also Marble Hill. He is also survived by Grandchildren and fourteen Great Grandchildren.
