She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Sr and Grace Leslie Sr. (Seabaugh); and her son Danny Welker. She is survived by: her children, Melba Bailey (Jerry), David Welker (Sheryl) and Dennis Welker (Debbie) of Marble Hill, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Peggy Welker of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and her siblings, Shirley Peyton of Arnold, Missouri, Jack Leslie of Scopus, Missouri, Linda Troutwein (Bill) of O'Fallon, Missouri, Ron Leslie (Judy) of Leopold, Missouri and Judy Johnson of Jackson, Missouri. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are appreciated to Hahn Chapel or the Burfordville Baptist Church.
