He is survived by: his children, Trevor Sullivan of Patton, MO, Donnie Sullivan of Patton, MO, Shelly Jaco of Cape Girardeau, MO, Nancy Heart of Benton, MO and Rachelle Norton (John) of Shook, MO; and his siblings, Roger Sullivan, Donald Sullivan, Timothy Sullivan (Sherry), William Sullivan (Kathy), Gary Alberson and Della "Missie" Sullivan.
