He is survived by: his children, Rob Francis (Barb) of Jackson, Anna Strong (Matt) of Scopus, Bill Francis (Becky) of French Village and Chad Francis (Jennifer) of Shawnee, Kansas; and his sister Miriam K. "Kay" Andersen (Ken). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
