He is survived by: his significant other Susie Walker; his sons, Todd Upchurch of Marble Hill and Chad Upchurch (Sarah) of Bloomfield, MO; and his siblings, Ed Upchurch (Linda) of Jackson, MO, Jim Upchurch (Lois) of Mingo, MO, Dan Upchurch (Laurie) of Kiev, Russia, Sam Upchurch (Theresa) of Marble Hill, Janet Jones (Richard) of Marble Hill and Doris Murry (Vic) of Marble Hill. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
