He was predeceased by: his parents, Tyson Moyers and Nellie Alpha Pollard Moyers; his former wife Thelma Elvira Harris Atchison; his stepdaughter Patty Atchison; and his siblings, Owen Moyers, Dennie Moyers, Ricky Moyers, Denver Moyers, Gary Moyers, Jerry Harper, Junior Harper and Kathy Boester.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Seabaugh; his sons, Kevin Moyers (Lori) and Mike Moyers; his stepchildren, Timothy Atchison, Jimmy Atchison, Peggy DeFrancisco and Charlene Gilpin; and his siblings, Russell E. Moyers, Trilla Mae Cook, Vickie Kendall and Carol Starkey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
