He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Ragsdale and Hattie Ragsdale (Renner); his wife Loita Ragsdale; and his brothers, Clarence and Eugene Ragsdale.
He is survived by: his children, Rita Ragsdale Lott (Ernie), Jim Ragsdale (Aree) and Terry Ragsdale (Stephanie); his grandsons, Michael Ragsdale (Katie), Scott (Kelsey), Paul Lott and Matthew Lott; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Hallie, Emerson and Elston; his brother Phillip Ragsdale; and his close friend Mona Sponsler.
