He is survived by: his wife Lela Roetto (Butts); his children, Michael Wayne Roetto (Diane), Debra Kay Martin (Greg), Diana Lynn Soper (Joe) and Cynthia Jean Soper; and his brother Richard Gene Roetto. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
