William George Young Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William George Young of Marshfield, Missouri, who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Day and Edith Young (Babcock); his daughter Kathleen Patricia Mallory; his granddaughter Rena Deckard; and his sisters, Shirley Nelson, Betty Little and June Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Young; his children, Edith Ann Dyer and William Day Young (Linda Sue); his grandchildren, Josh, Kenny, Eddie, Chase, Megan, Matthew and Justin; and his sister Roberta Patty. He is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 we encourage social distancing and wearing of masks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Marshfield Senior Center or The American Cancer Society and left in care of the funeral home.
