He is survived by: his sons, Randy Lowrance (Becky) and Mark Lowrance (Jeri); his son-in-law Stuart Carmichael; and his grandchildren, Christopher Lowrance, Kelly Miller, Jenny Acosta (Morgan), Travis Shell (Brittany), Kristen Vogel, Amanda Hager (Shaun) and Ryan Vogel (Amber).
The family suggests memorials to the Pickering Community Center.
