Kloeppel (Mayview, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kloeppel and Angeline Jacobs Kloeppel; and his brother William Kloeppel. He is survived by: his wife Yao Kloeppel; his stepchildren, Natthawut "Champ" Donpalao of Mayview and Patchara "Jar" Laksanapi of Independence, MO; his siblings, Mike Kloeppel (Diane) of Warsaw, MO, Mitch Kloeppel of Grain Valley, MO, Shelly Randolph (Larry) and Sheila Crabtree (Dan) of Independence; and his stepgrandchildren, Mia Rose Sloan and Mae Bunnisa Hudson.
