He is survived by: his parents, James W. Jacobs and Marguerite C. Jacobs (Killmade); his wife Kelli Jo Jacobs (Hoerrmann); his children, Chase of Milan, Daniel of Milan, Ally of Milan, Addelyn of Milan, Jim and Peggy of St. Ann, Missouri; his grandmother Wilma Jacobs of St Ann; his brother Daniel James Jacobs; his grandparents, Teresa Killmade and James W. Jacobs Sr.; his aunt Gia; his uncle Bob; and his close friend Jake Dean. He is also survived by his dad, grandpa, cousins, brother and uncles.
