She was predeceased by : her parents, Cassius William and Lillian Grace Sauer (Slight); her husband James Everett Rice; her brother Tom Sauer (Dona); and her grandson Bruce Robertson.
She is survived by : her daughters, Saundra Beasley of Springfield and Margarette Robertson of La Russell, Missouri; her stepchildren, Susan Todd of Star, Beverly Rice of Moscow, Idaho, Jimmy Rice of Star and Brady Rice of Washington; her brother Gene Sauer (Genie) of Emmet, Idaho; her niece Carey Richie (Doug) of Texas; and her nephews, John Sauer of Texas, Tommy Sauer of Texas and Terrel Tabor of Texas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
