She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick William and Romenta Cayse; her husband Charlie Hayes; and her son Brian Hayes. She is survived by: her children, David Hayes of Higbee, Patrick Hayes (Ann) of Webster Groves, Michael Hayes (Lisa) of Olathe, Kansas, Lori Komon (Stephen) of Arvada, Colorado and Leslie Holway of Overland Park, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Danii Holway, Justin Hayes, Carly Hayes, Stephen Komon, Alexander Komon and Charles Komon; and her great grandchild Erika Pence.
In lieu of customary remembrance, the family asks that memorials be directed to the Special Olympics of Missouri or St. Judes Children Hospital.
