He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Smith and Betty Smith (Adkisson); and his brothers, Bob, Bill, Barry and Brady.
He is survived by: his daughter Cassandra; his sister-in-law Susan Smith; and his friend Paul Fusselman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
