He is survived by: his spouse Pollyann Price; his children, Lorrie Hendrickson of Quincy, IL, Mark Nicholson (Lorina) of Jacksonville, IL and Andrew Nicholson (Nicole) of Springfield, IL; his stepchildren, Shaun Reed (Shelly) of Jefferson, IA and Angie Arms (Doug Essingler) of Jefferson, IA; his sister Bonnie Jensen (Jerry) of Bowen; his grandchildren, Justin, Blake, Alex, Ashley, Zachary, Rochelle and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Alyvia and Emilia. He is also survived by 4 step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
