He is survived by: his wife Connie Foster of Moberly, Missouri; his children, Glenn Michael Foster of Barnegat, Scott Foster (Ada) of Venice, Greg Foster (Tricia Mansfield) of Point Pleasant, Conrad Foster of Columbia, Charles Twyman (Christine) of Camdenton, Dennis Twyman (Linda) of Lebanon, Missouri, Julie Foster of Jacksonville and Lisa Bagley (Kevin) of Aurora, Colorado; and his siblings, Larry Foster (Linda) of Moberly, Missouri and Beth Lomont (Charlie) of Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
