He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Wells and Lucy Wells (Wilson); and his wife Anita McAlpin. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Joe Burgess (Lori) of Texas, Evie Keene of Columbia, Francy Cajandig (Heath) of Columbia and Lena Sullivan (Kevin) of Illinois; and his sisters, Dorothy Hoffman and Patty Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
