She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chester Thomas Clark and Alvina Lily Clark (Veeck); her husband James Clarke Culpepper; her daughter Lori Beth Ballew (Tom); her granddaughters, Adrienne and Chrystal; her great grandchildren, Collin and Elly; her son James Gregory Culpepper (Gayle); her grandchildren, Bailey and Taylor; and her brother William Mackel.
Judy loved serving others and requested that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the 403 Center in Madison, TN for the food pantry she worked at for several years.
